Viceroy Homes, a once predominant pre-fabricated home builder erected as many as 70,000 homes since its' inception in 1955. Homes were constructed of high quality British Columbia lumber and shipped as far away as Japan, Korea, France, Spain, and Germany. With its' closure in 2015, several home owners facing fatigued window hardware were forced to change their windows entirely due to a lack of available replacement parts. For well over 5 years, Ontario Glazing Supplies has been manufacturing and providing retrofit hardware to help those looking to repair their windows instead of replacing them.

REQUIRED TOOLS

This retrofit kit requires small adjustments to be made to allow for proper fitting, see the documentation section for additional details. Tools required include:

• 5/16" (8mm) Drill Bit
• Tape Measure
• Screwdriver
