The Toyo Power Breaker TB-19/600 Set is ideal for cutting and breaking glass up to 3/4" (19 mm) thick.  Manufactured in Japan, this high quality set of glazing tools includes the following:

• 1 x Toyo TC-600SVB Tap Wheel Oil Glass Cutter

The Toyo TB-19 glass breaking plier is perfect for running scores in glass ranging from 1/2"  to 3/4" (12 mm - 19 mm) thick. These pliers provide an impressive 16:1 leverage ratio delivering high performance pressure transmission when dealing with thick glass.  Featuring vinyl dipped handles, a nylon pressure cap, glass thickness adjustment screw, replaceable, and adjustable nylon pressure pads, the TB-19 is an industry favourite among glass shops and service glaziers alike.  

When performing breaks (runs) on glass scores, simply adjust the pressure pads on the top rail spreading them further apart or closer together for even distribution on each side of the score line. The versatility of these adjustable pressure pads allow for both narrow and wide break outs.  Simply align both the score line indicator and the pressure cap with the glass score, ensuring the padded top rail is on the same surface of the glass as the cut (score) and squeeze.

The Toyo TC-600SVB Pistol Grip glass cutter is oil-fed and equipped with a unique 153° Tap Wheel® and axle capable of producing a deeper score, improving edge quality and breakout.  This cutter is designed for reducing hand fatigue and maximum efficiency when working with 1/2" to 43/64" (12 mm - 17 mm) glass.
