Silberschnitt® Automatic Glass Cutting Holder and Wheel

Exchanging cutting wheels in automatic glass cutting tables is made much easier when using wheel holders into which the cutting wheel is already integrated. Suitable for use in automatic glass cutting machines manufactured by Bottero, Grenzebach, Macotec, Intermac, Bavelloni, Pannkoke, and more these Silberschnitt® plastic wheel holders with carbide cutting wheels come complete with ACTIVE grind. 

Manufactured in Germany, Silberschnitt® 416 ACTIVE grind glass cutting wheels are colour coded to differentiate respective cutting angles.

ACTIVE grind glass cutting wheels are most suited for the following conditions:

• automatic cutting of shapes as well as laminated glass.
• open cuts in glass thicknesses of 2 to 6 mm in the automotive field.
• standard cutting with an angle from 135° and up.
• cuts involving coated glass such as low-E.

All wheels are made of high quality carbide metals and are accurately manufactured with high precision machinery to yield excellent, reliable cutting results and long service life.
